Thank you for demonstrating your total lack of understanding where the law is concern. A grand jury document is simply an opinion. It is not a judgment of guilty, simply a statement that someone MIGHT BE.



Given that, I am really not sure what you mean by this, it's a little confusing. Perhaps you could clarify your thoughts?
