The company involved in the FBI sting, Roaming Messenger, subsequently changed their name to Warp 9 and then to Cloud Commerce. Lei was the CEO of Roaming Messenger.

He was working for the HB FUND none of our past companies or SUNWORKS.

There are plenty of close connections between this guy, Nelson, and the rest of the Santa Barbara tech scams that have been created there.

For instance:

Jim Nelson shares an address with them via his VC fund which as of 2015 was still active: https://www.scribd.com/doc/267064466/Last-Filed-Report-5

Matching Cloud Commerce address: http://cloudcommerce.com/contact/

Is it just a coincidence that Nelson's VC firm was co-located with a company caught up in a FBI sting... and then went on to lead SLTD, a company created in large part by a relative (likely his wife) of the man who was indicted.

Furthermore a search for Lei's criminal record turns up zero, nada etc. which probably means that the case was overturned on appeal thereby leaving no criminal trail for all three. Good try though.

Those documents are themselves a criminal record, it's literally the sentencing papers filed with the court which I pulled from PACER and re-hosted. Just because you can't find it doesn't mean they don't exist. Also if I recall correctly the sentencing was the result of a plea bargain, so an appeal is unlikely.

Also why is it you did not point out that you had published those two items, and that you chose to only publish parts of them?

I honestly have no idea what you are trying to say with this sentence.
