Yes...he's former cfo of fannie mae and advisor to plaintiffs.

I just don't know why people think that gives him any inside knowledge to the defense battle plan or the courts decision making process. In short, he knows no more than any other long who has done their due diligence.

If Im wrong, I dare him to provide one document showing the defenses plan or court ruling direction that You or I don't already have access to.
