The last conference call concerned me for several reasons.

1. When Gino was asked the status of the potential credit card and cell phone carrier deals-- he basically stated that nothing substantial enough has yet happened. This contradicts the tone that Director Stanley Washington LOUDLY stated in the conference call around last January. A lot of investors where suckered into holding the stock based on Washington's comments.

2. When Gino was asked about the status of the Beta Testing- his answer was odd. Replay the call to hear his comments. It occurs in the last ten minutes of the call.
