Or maybe there was too much blowback from him mentioning FNMA and FMCC on 11/30. The stock did go up like 40+% at that time. Either he didn't want that to happen or someone else didn't and talked to him about it.

Therefore, if I were him, I would act like I didn't know anything anymore until I get in the position.

How could such a smart guy not know anything now about one of the top three biggest issues he will face when he starts the position...?
