The fact is the judge "would have allowed " a lawsuit from Peregrine against CSM for INTENT by CSM (though Peregrine required proof before they discovered all facts) to sabotage an FDA clinical trial and why would all details be closed to the public if there was no sabotage

Yep....sad that people died earlier than they needed to in an FDA clinical trial and sad that PS Targeting was delayed for all lung cancer patients and all cancer patients
