The primary endpoint in STOP-HE is the time to meaningful improvement in HE, as measured by the modified West Haven score. The wording regarding the primary endpoint that you pasted from the clinicaltrials.gov listing is quite misleading insofar as it doesn't specify that the primary endpoint is time-based.
The length of hospital stay secondary endpoint should be ok if the primary endpoint is ok since they are essentially measuring the same thing.
I'm not unduly concerned about the other secondary endpoints. If STOP-HE is statsig on the primary endpoint and the hazard ratio for the primary endpoint is [small enough to be] clinically meaningful, that should be sufficient for the stock to enjoy a pretty big pop.
