I don't have a clear feeling on anything with this company. Seems McGann and Company all knew what was going on.. Maybe not to the length of Huberfield's but IMO Bill McGann needs punishing. He knew what was up.. and he played the game with them. My position is McGann had a fiduciary responsibility to investors and he and his entire team colluded against the best interests of investors.

I want to see SEC Indictments on the upper management of IMSC and let a Jury determine who did what. McGann lied out his butt on the 'calls'. I would like to see a Federal SEC Probe /w indictments on IMSC management. How they came to use Platinum and how BAM and DMRJ all fit in. Liscouski is a louse too. He and McGann for sure knew what was up. The Zapata deal was related to PP too. They are all dirty of violating their fiduciary responsibility IMO.
