But it really doesn't matter as Zalemark hasn't shipped any product or made any sales. Also, read the financials. Zalemark is insolvent. Over $8,000,000 under water and getting deeper in debt.
Also their Q3 financials show a Los Angeles, California address. Are you stating Zalemark moved their offices to Delaware? Did Super Bell kick them out? Why did the RMS association fail? I heard that both Crayola and M&M/Mars are terminating the licenses for NON PERFORMANCE. Crayola was signed in 2014 and M&M's/Mars in early 2015 and still not a single sale. And I also heard both of them are going to file suit for non payment of their minimum quarterly payments that are long overdue. Zalemark is a doomed company.
