I've been monitoring this board since September 2016 and finally decided to chime in after the discussion turned south over the last 2-3 weeks.

As an investor, I appreciate seeing/hearing all sides. I like disagreement - it helps me affirm or modify my opinion. With that said, I take issue with using the term fraudulent to describe management.

The SEC commonly issues comment letters. Even Wal-Mart gets comment letters from the SEC. Certainly a reasonable person wouldn't label them as a fraudulent company.

Should one be concerned that many claims have not been verified by a 3rd party? Sure, that's noteworthy and a risk investors should be tuned into. Does that make it fraudulent or a scam? No.

Please stop painting the inaccurate (dare I say fraudulent) picture that MXSG is in hot water with the SEC. I have not seen any comments from the SEC calling or inferring that MXSG is involved in fraudulent behavior. It detracts from your legitimate points and your credibility.
