Being angry usually makes people do irrational things.
The gorgeous ( and I mean really gorgeous) SEC attorney is going to lose the case. She may be very angry treaty 54321 did not bend over for her but civil actions just don't work that way.
They should at worst be fined and or lose public market privilege but to destroy 6000+ shareholders is just flat out wrong
