It's just so rediculous, I was reading through some and everyone is filled with reasons why oil won't rise, OPEC won't cut, Russia won't cut. Then after oil goes to $54, now it's all reason not to trust OPEC or Russia, or why shale will come online and flood the market. Just unconscionable reall.
