DD on overruled claim construction by CAFC

We have a very good chance in winning back claims for trial.
The CAFC will look at past rulings to make there ruling on WDDD. And if i understand it well, I'm not a lawyer, CAFC did some favourable rulings for WDDD in the past when they overruled the PTAB's construction.
