If we get back some of the claims in CAFC i think we see a settlement...
lets say 1/2 share of ATVI for every share WDDD... Thats about 4B$ worth of settlement at a price of 40/s for ATVI. If all would sell those shares, ATVi would be trading in the 20$'s. With the acquisition of WDDD they then hold the patents and can probably pursue other companies to minimise the damage and trade upward to 40's again.
That would be so nice...
IMO this is a very good stock to have. I'll add when i can here. Been doing that already since the beginning.
