No it isn't a waste of time, money, and resources to try and make shareholders whole. I can tell you from personal experience that if the SEC ever gets involved in this mess, they will come looking for the "John Does". Good grief, I can remember when MDMN stock was priced at $0.17; now it's trading at $0.005 which equates to a NEGATIVE 97% Return On Investment! The reason the ROI is negative has a large part to do with Les Price and his band of John Does. If I was a shareholder, I'd want him prosecuted, along with all the clowns who assisted in his thievery. It appears most level-headed shareholders can grasp this concept.
