small O/S. even with recent dilution no more than 30-40M. float much less. popped to .08 two months ago from what was then the year low, around .03. it will trade thin. only been one day where it traded more than a million shares. on the chart: looks to be turning. is it ready to rumble? promo somehwere in the offing? shares came in down here.

what's up? should i put the car back on the road? open both eyes?
