I Never Said That MMJ or CBD Was a Bad Investment.

I own a MMJ tech company and I operate within state lines, I do not cross state lines with the same company. I do not move product or even services across state lines.

Before I do anything in my MMJ business, which is much more lucrative than CBD (as a matter of fact straight CBD is about one-fifth as effective as a CBD - THC blend, 2:1 ratios seem to be the most effective), I get a legal opinion from my attorney, citing all laws pertinent to the actions that I am taking. It doesn't guarantee that it is legal, but at least the homework is done. Does ETST have a legal opinion as to the legality of moving schedule 1 substances across state lines? I would love to see it.

The link you sent me tells me how big and lucrative the industry is, we all know that, it says nothing to the legality.

MMJ and CBD are a very risky businesses when traded publicly and regulated on the Federal level. ETST has blown through Millions of dollars to "create" their own CBD products, however, they still don't produce their own, they are middlemen at best. Bad investment structure, ineffective company, and way to much risk. If you like the industry, invest, but there is too much risk in a PubCo.
