"How do we know the product did not sell well. How do we know it was not management's lack of managing the product in the locations. All I can say is when I got sent My sample pack from DNA and stuck it in my cooler it sold just as well as any other energy drink."

I know that DNA did not sell well back in 2014 when it was still in stores because I was there.

1) DNA could not sustain remaining in stores in spite of having distributors in roughly nine states around the country, including numerous major metropolitan areas.

2) DNA sales were only in the $200,000 range according to the last report filed with OTC which showed any sales. It was not clear from that report if the sales figure was for the quarter or the year. Either way, that level of sales was MUCH smaller than it should have been if DNA management had executed the appropriate level of advertising instead of NONE which is what happened in too many markets.

3) Perhaps the DNA that you put in stores sold well because you were aware that it was there, and you made sure that your customers were aware as well. This is not occur elsewhere. I personally interviewed numerous retail store cashiers who were completely unaware that DNA products were in a cooler only 15 feet away from their checkout station. If the store personnel do not know about the products, it is unlikely that customers will know either.
