I think $DCTH will be a safe holding till $5 at least. recently offering of only 425k shares and Warrants: Each Series C Warrant will be exercisable by the holder beginning one year after the closing date and continuing for a period of five years thereafter. The Series C Warrants are exercisable at $4.83 per share of common stock. so 2.2m O/S a/o today (including recent offering and a possible of a few more dilution at $4.83 and north. successful could easily bring more 200-300m value imo (Bile Duct Cancer).
