NO Judge will let the criminals to determine where the cash goes. That is his job. BK Judge will also determine amounts of legal debt and who gets paid what.

Settlement is still an option whether enforced or voluntary, again IMO. BAM is now also involved with a priority. PP has no funds and Most will be charged.

BTW, read this full motion. Cant make this stuff up. Most TV shows even couldn't have such a bazaar plot.
