VRA, at .25 on the AMEX had been showing a little strength in the last week of so....up about 20%

But, today they may have shot themselves in the foot.
they filed a form 424B3, a prospectus to convert 47.5M shares for CD and Warrents.

"Aim low Sheriff...They're ride'n snakes"
as usual...JMHO..SMD
