You are right. They should have gone with what they had and not got greedy. Kidrin pulling 150K from a company worth nothing except spec. and the shareholders are paying him. IMO this stock is dead. By the time it gets to trial pats. will expire and I really doubt ACTV will settle. Their shareholders would be furious if they caved in.
