GTE has two major hurdels remaining. The delisting and the class action lawsuits. I believe GTE was foolish to appeal the AMEX delisting. If they can do what they say they can do then they will likely meet NASDAQ requrements shortly. OTC or not. They have suffered nothing but embarassments since getting listed and it has been a total disaster. The pps would have dropped upon delisting but would have since recovered. Now they stil face delisting at one of the most important times; the launching of the Strat. Face facts, delisting will drop the pps likely by 50% or more. It should and will recover but the timing of the Strat launch is horrible. I see nothing in the financials to stop delisting and with the fall in the pps along with all the other matters I think it is a sure thing. Which is sad in a time that we should be celebrating.
