"In discussions with several Miami based co-packers, DNA Brands has negotiated the majority of any product to be held at and shipped from the co-packing facility."

I am quite aware that Adrian plans to get the bottler to drop case to distributors.

I am HOPING Adrian will go forward with a first small production run to be completely sent to his new warehouse BEFORE he gets any large orders so that he can generate some revenue very soon selling case level orders to small independent retail stores.

it is proof of repeat orders from these small retailers that will persuade distributors to take notice.

I think that it is unlikely that any distributors will agree to a distribution agreement for a formerly failed product unless they see proof that the product now moves due to enhanced marketing and advertising.

So, if Adrian is going to wait for a distribution agreement before he pulls the trigger on any production, that new warehouse is likely to remain empty for months.
