One thing is bugging me here

I dont know if I agree that this thing wont be resolved until 2020 for peanuts, per your recent posts. However, I dont understand why they dont go hard in court now against ATVI, instead of the detour to the CAFC. You only need ONE patent infringed to win infringement in court. They apparently have 6. The lawyers are on commission, the company has no money or business and the owner is in his early 60's- be nice to spend money while you are still topside. Adding time to the case, rather than reducing, seems foolish when you have enough to get the job done without some additional window dressing at the CAFC. What am I missing here?.
