All you need to handload is enough space to build a fold down table hanging on the wall with foldable legs. A spot in a bedroom is sufficient. My gun room is half my basement which thankfully is dry but I still run a dehumidifier. I shoot more rifle than handgun and load for all except 9MM, 380 and 45ACP. It's pretty cheap to buy those rounds is the reason I don't load them. I load all my rifle calibers but more for improved accuracy than price. You can load much better ammo than you can buy plus the savings allows you to shoot more.
