From: IHUB Board, via James E. Jaggers a.k.a. CUSAFR (Chief, United States Air Force, Retired)
Subject: Questions for the August 17, 2006 Conference call.
Brad: Would you please reply to this e-mail to confirm receipt of these questions? I would like to ensure the IHUB board their concerns have been transmitted to the proper person.
This is a consolidated list of questions from the IHUB Board. The questions are not in priority order.
Questions:
I. What are current and future earnings/revenues?
II. What is the status of the $50 Million for XcelPlus Global Holdings Inc.?
III. Is it correct that XcelPlus (XLPI) will receive $5 Million to $10 Million of the $50 Million? If so, will some be used to buy back XLPI shares?
IV. Why is the stock falling to such low prices? Is it dilution, or something else? What is being done to correct this situation?
V. What products are currently available at “Brick & Motor” stores? Which stores?
VI. Has any progress been made with Wal-Mart?
VII. What is the status of the testing with Hyundai Motor Car Company? Is this OEM testing of the Flextek for the new fully automatic system or the older version? Have any other Major Motor Companies shown interest in any products?
VIII. When can we expect to see a major advertising campaign?
IX. Pinksheets.com has Brad Novak listed as VP of EFWO, XcelPlus Global Holdings Inc. One would think this to be a very important and time-consuming position in our International Global company. When was this effective and is this a full time position or is he attempting to wear dual hats?
X. What is the date our restricted shares of EFWO, XcelPlus Global Holdings Inc., become available for trading? Also, what must stockholders do to ensure the process is complete and we are free to trade these shares, if we so desire?
XI. From the Press Release of August 11, 2006, 12:41 P.M. ET: Two items; First, “Several large wholesalers interested in Flextek.” How many are several? Second, “Flextek Dealer and Distributor Networks Continue to Grow at Amazing Pace.” When you say that the growth is amazing, what do you mean? Can you provide numbers?
XII. Many have stated that Mr. Bill Smith once said that anyone who owns 500,000 shares of XLPI will become a millionaire. Is this, or something similar to this, true? Is it still true? If so, what time frame would one expect this to come to fruition?
XIII. What percentage of XLPI revenues will go to XcelPlus Global Holdings Inc.?
XIV. Why are they selling XcelPlus products in the Pac Rim and not Lubrilon? Is the Lubrilon brand not recognized in the Pac Rim? Will there be two different brands for the same product? Are they using the same formula?
XV. What was the thinking behind the gag on the transfer agent where she is now only allowed to give out the outstanding shares available? Also, what role, if any, did recent dilution of XLPI stock have in this decision? Can you provide current share structure numbers?
IMHO
