POTN - This company is unreal. They had this plan for a "Pot Network". Sounded good. We had ups and downs (remember our CEO's Chris S. & James ? )
Then we had a new direction at Pot Network and the acquisition of a used car lot to help fund the Pot Network.
Then, the Pot Network was "sold". Did we ever get the details of this transaction and how it affected us shareholders? No we did not.
Then, we were told that the used car lot had booming sales and the business model was going to be expanded to other areas!!!!!!
Then, we found that their website had the same 10 cars listed for sale week after week. Their website was clearly bogus.
Then, one of our posters told us that the car lot was closed.
No fear........the sales will be done "online"!
I believe that this company has produced misleading press releases about their level of sales. I believe this company has produced misleading financial statements reporting about their level of sales.
