I am so freaking confused now than ever before. They enrolled 926 patients and when the arbitration started in late September of this year, CVM suddenly changed the game plan. This caused the FDA to put a partial hold but allowed the patients enrolled to continue to be administered multikine. Then the 8K disclosed that the IDMC recommended in the spring of 2014 to halt the study due to safety concerns. Where was the current CRO at? and, if it is serious, why didn't they halt the study altogether? And the latest round of dilution at $.125, are the investors that dumb to invest roughly $4M to a failed drug?
