Recent banter has brought two questions to mind:
Since several of you are clearly being more thorough than I am, Has, anyone checked on the equity committee's lawyers to find out their track record, are they extremely successful or hanging on? Does anyone know the track record of the BK judge, how sympathetic is he to common shareholders?
