If Industrial Nanotech files bankruptcy or goes out of business you (along with many other people) will lose all or most of your money! The financials are listed here and you can see that it is in a very weak financial position. The liablilies greatly exceed the assets and depreciation is of no use to a company that consistently loses money. Also, when a company files bankruptcy the assets are typically written down greatly. Also, in the last quarter, the way I read it INTK Industrial Nanotech shows nothing or "no value" for "Cash & Short Term Investments"

The business model is to publicize products that can not exist in the real world (such as electricity enhancing paint), then to publicize non-existent major orders and to deceptively sell their products and distributorships to gullible companies and individuals.

I do not own or plan to own or trade any of their worthless stock. My only intention here is to warn unsuspeciting companies and individuals about this nefarious company. I once looked at one of the products and was able to avoid being scammed thanks to people posting about the business practices and products of Industrial Nanotech and now I am repaying that favor.
