"One thing for sure The float is not 25 billion and to question if it is."

So far, I have seen nothing to indicate that the O/S has grown beyond 7.33 billion shares.

I think that the increase in the A/S from 10 billion to 25 billion was related to the earlier plans to sell off the energy drink intellectual property and then purchase one or more profitable companies.

Nothing about the volume of trading for months indicates that any additional shares are being dumped into market. There certainly have not been any traditional pump and dump activities.

I do take issue with Adrian's definition of the float. He does not count as part of the float large blocks of freely tradeable shares which are being closely held by a handful of people. This allows him to suggest that the float is considerably smaller than the standard definition of what the float is.

The float is all of the shares issued that are not restricted PERIOD.

Just because a shareholder has not indicated any interest in liquidating their position does NOT remove those shares from the float.

Personally, I don't much worry about the float for OTC Pink stocks. There are so many games that can be played to unrestrict shares that it is just prudent to consider all shares in the O/S to be tradeable. If one thinks the O/S is too big for comfort, don't buy even if the float is reported to be smaller.
