Prosecutor? Do you know the difference between a criminal case and a civil case?

The lawsuit between TALK and Powerup is a CIVIL case. There is no prosecutor. Your link is completely irrelevant here.

There are no gag orders, and there is no justification for TALK being delinquent with their legally required SEC filings.
