Sorry, but you are mistaken. Federal Court proceedings and filings are public. Everyone has access, and you can get them through PACER.

There is absolutely nothing that TALK would be required to disclose in their SEC filings about the lawsuit that are not already public.

The Powerup lawsuit has ZERO to do with TALK's delinquent SEC filings. There is absolutely no legitimate or legal reason for TALK's failure to file. Beyond incompetent management, of course.
