Here is Dr Seymour's response to the question about the delay being the old shell owners having to file a Form 4. I am posting his answer with his permission.

I've heard that but i was told by the auditors that there are no impediments to filing and that as soon as it finishes senior partner review and final vetting by the lawyers, we are good to go

Everyone is superdupercautious so things move very slowly!!!!
