thanks Rudy, so bearspread is not only wrong, but according to that publication he doesn't know what in the hell he's talking about.

WRONG bearspread!

Ifosfamide binds to protein. Therefore, it is the protein/nutrients in our blood that carries the ifosfamide through the pores of CiaB where the cells thrive as they consume the protein/nutrients. Upon delivery of the ifosfamide into CiaB the genetically engineered cells inside that contain the enzyme will convert the ifosfamide into its cancer-killing form.
