I don't know much about this Leerink Swann or HC Wainwright, who seem to be so hot on this stock with price targets at $17 and $25 respectively.

I can find their websites, but worry they are promoters?

I can see the company lost $3.16 per share in the last 4 quarters, and has no revenue. Probably a little risky for me...
