Even if so it still has to drop in value. I've been in plenty of reverse splits that have been beneficial. Being that this should have favorable news coming in the next few months, I can't see it being destroyed like some others that I've seen. It's more or less stuck at these numbers and I can see why it's not going anywhere with 15bn shares. 30mm will be more active. And again timing is everything with these and if the CEO and his goons are also being effected, the playing field is lvl.
