To me that sounds like way too much of a grey area. If I have CBD oil on me tomorrow and the police pull me over, are they really gonna test it, send it to the lab...arrest me...etc...

There was a dual classification written for CBD by the DEA recently. This was so it could be eventually exported to fit most if not all countries standards. I think at that point some people got the idea to stretch the actuality of the news
