The one thing that keeps me here is that Fogassa and Goldy own shares. So in theory....why would you shoot yourself in the foot. Unless fogassa's convertible shares are untouched by the R/S....does anybody know the answer to this? If his shares are affected I'll definilty add more to my 10mil just because that makes no sense whatsoever to throw your own money out the window. Same goes for Goldy who's now an insider. If I'm also correct a bunch of executives from other mining companies also own shares in this also. Just seems more like now is the time to do the R/S when possible profits are around the corner. That is actually the most beneficial thing about splits....if TIMED properly they can be very beneficial to shareholders as it will definitely attracted attention from new investors. With Brazil coming out of recession and money to be spent on infrastructure, their mortar business should be booming. So many decisions but again I had to take money off the table for these other two plays (VPOR and BTDG) that fell in my lap. But I can see them trying to do the honest thing especially if they are predicting profitability.....
But can somebody please find out if the convertible shares of our CEO are affected by this split as it would be the ultimate factor for me since throwing money out the window makes no sense if you own that many shares....I would think if he was a crook he would try to pump it to he moon which hasn't occurred at all.
