The company would still be reliable, maybe not to the full extent of coverage or damages. But in America they would make sure the company pays because they are the one with the big bucks.

The attorney would go after the company because they know that's where the money lies. I once had to sue the Ambulance company in FL, they were in the wrong, but the attorney was excited because it was a slam dunk.
