the new toxic lenders that can leverage the new authorized shares are using arxs market maker
they will swing it down to 0001 over the next few weeks and then back up to 0011 by March
this is how they ( the lenders ) make their money as a hedge and security blanket for lending to vpor, because they know that the loan will never be paid back
the lenders (you will never know who they are because vpor does not release quarterly filings anymore), will tank the ticker and make money on the way back up
but rest assured, that this will NEVER go past 002 again, and possibly never past 0011
