Alextraker/sellanything –aka- Alhaji Kabir Maina

The individual posting defamation is a Cameroonian citizen Alhajji Kabir Maina. Mr. Maina is a disgruntled former operating contractor who was terminated by Icon Mines and P&H International for theft and fraud. Mr. Maina was convicted in the Republic of Cameroon theft and fraud in 2013-2014.

Mr. Maina has for many years attempted to extort monies and assets from Mr. Powers. Mr. Kabir Maina age 51, Divorced, is unemployed, lives in a wood shack, uses an outhouse in the back of his parent’s home in Limbe, Cameroon. Maina buys internet credit in order to attempt to extort monies by posting defamatory claims/statements against Mr. Powers. Mr. Powers has recently filed defamation criminal complaint against Mr. Kabir Maina punishable, with a 1 year in prison for each defamatory post made in the Republic of Cameroun under section 305 of the penal code
Mr. Powers fully cooperated with USA FBI/DOJ. Mr. Powers is a victim of identity theft and fraud. Mr. Powers approved no press releases or signed any agreements to sell any shares. Photos and video linked by ‘Alextracker’ (Maina) produced by FOYJ is fake. Mr. Powers is never seen in the videos nor are any of the photos of mining sites are from Cameroon. Mr. Powers is deeply troubled about the whole experience and has been emotionally damaged by the events. Mr. Kabir Maina has chosen to try to capitalize off this by trying to extort money/assets and defame Mr. Powers.
Mr. Powers, a successful entrepreneur in the USA, Cameroon & Central African Republic, creating jobs and helping to develop nations.

Unfortunately, Mr. Kabir Mania chooses to use his time and effort to defraud, extort, steal and lie. We look forward to our day in Court. -- This is our last response to this thread.
