Your assumption relies on the failed premise that the buying cycle is smooth and consistent. It is not. You need the ability to produce 400 units a month because the TSA will come in and place an order that requires you to produce 300 units a month. On top of that, you've got other long term delivery contracts that require an additional 50-100 units to be produced.
I'm glad PP was around in 2008. I'm not happy that they used illegal tactics to stop us from getting a better financing deal in 2013-2014. You can agree with both points of view.
The effort to defend PP here, as if they did nothing wrong, is astounding. We've got 30 pages of redacted information, a $1.3B scam, and federal indictments that show us that PP is run by a bunch of lowlifes. Why are you guys trying to defend that?
