Hi Adam
The OTC and the Transfer Agent needed the original board resolution which I mail it yesterday and they should get it on Tuesday with that we should be ready on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. Sorry but the lawyer on OTC and the Lawyer at the transfer agent want to make sure this is done by the books.
We got the letter from Tom’s Children and this should be the last item
