Earlier this year, Adrian stated that he had met with, and regained retention of, the chemists that produced the formulas for the energy drinks.

Now, I have no way to know if any sort of contract, or payment, was required. Perhaps, Adrian just asked them if it was still possible for the chemists to support DNA, they said "yes," and Adrian called that retaining the chemists. On the other hand, perhaps he did provide them with some small fee to retain their advice.

Pitman, what you asked for is a piece of evidence that can be verified.

If you go the Parkside Web site, there was a blog entry, or maybe it was a post of their Facebook page (I don't remember and I am too tired of spoon feeding lazy people on iHub... if it is important to you, you will take the hints I offer and confirm for yourselves), and that was written by the president/lead chemist of Parkside. She said that with luck, DNA energy drinks would be back, and she wrote that in the same time frame that Adrian claimed to regain retention of the chemists. I think it is fair to call that some degree of verification.
