Sure... it is not impossible that Adrian already had the lease (or the approval process was already in progress) before his last PR, but will not go public about it until January.

It is also possible that Adrian had a bit of learning curve regarding acquisition of commercial space, and instead of end of the year, he does not acquire space until January or February. No big deal either way as long as he successfully executes a plan to acquire space.

We will find out soon enough.
