Today's CT order was in response to the CT order posted in August. I believe the August CT order involved a tentative agreement of sorts, with a 'big player', pending the meeting with the FDA. The meeting was positive so they confirmed the agreement, and they will release the details of it on the respective day range listed. All IMO.

All very interesting and I am very pleased Nasrat has stuck to his word (meeting with the FDA "the third week of December") as he always has. We will have SequestOx approved eventually, and it will correlate to a beautiful sight on the charts. In the meantime we will have an ANDA submitted every quarter (one of which involves a substantial partner to be released this spring), and have the multiple prior ANDAs pending approval.

Also, regarding the delay in the release of the details of the meeting, this always occurs following these meetings. I believe it is fully prepared, and sent to the attending party, within 30 days of the meeting. The FDA prepared "minutes" is in sense a transcript of the meeting with additional information they needed more time to prepare for like questions or a more detailed response/supplementary information. So, please stop saying it is negative that the details aren't released until the end of January. I am eager to see the details.

ELTP is a great company, with exemplary set of employees and BOD's, and owns a fantastic design utilizing an agonist-antagonist approach (the least preferred by drug abusers), to Abuse Deterrent Formulations, that can be utilized across its pipeline. It received its validation today in the FDA meeting with a clear path forward for SequestOx. We will get there! Here's to a great start of 2017!
