Lending companies don't want the assets they invest in. Then they end up with a division that doesn't have the resources to operate the companies they acquire.

They just want their money. Both sides seem to be working with each other right now. I am betting on a settlement of some sort...but not the full amount.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
