That's fine and dandy but the fact of the matter is most longs and mean shareholders holding for 1,2,3 years are underwater. Whatever they're planning with this money better darn well be worth it to screw the existing shareholders over with 30 percent dilution. You might as well not even hold this stock and just trade the ups and downs until there is a compelling reason to hold.
